Prior to this, James founded OTE: The Recruiter Network, a consultancy providing technology recruiters in London. James has also held recruitment roles at K2 Partnering Solutions, Frazier Deakin Associates, CD Recruitment, and MSB International. James received their education from Charles Darwin School.
