Richard Esperti possesses extensive experience in business development and fleet management, currently serving as a Business Development Representative and Maintenance Shop Manager at Network Transport since August 2020. Prior to this, Richard held the position of Assistant Shop Manager at Robert Heath Trucking and served as Fleet Supervisor at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc., where responsibilities included managing fleet operations across eight locations and facilitating team growth through training and meetings. Richard began a career in retail sales as Regional Sales Manager at Kellogg Company, with a focus on driving sales and managing a team in the Southern California market.
