Leena Shirsale has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Leena started their career in 2010 as an Analyst in Custody Operations at Deutsche Bank, where they were responsible for trade processing and email support. In 2013, they joined Nomura as a Senior Analyst in FX Operations, where they handled FX confirmation, CLS transactions, and reporting. After leaving Nomura in 2016, they joined Informed Technologies India Limited as an Executive Assistant, where they were involved in various tasks such as MIS reporting, administrative management, and HR duties. Currently, since 2020, Leena holds the position of Executive Assistant to the Founder's Office at Network Science.

Leena Shirsale completed their Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Financial Support Services from Vivekanand Education Societys College of Arts, Science, and Commerce in Sindhi society Chembur, Mumbai from 2006 to 2009.
