Sophia Yray has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Sophia began their career in 2015 at Regal, where they served as a Senior Staff Member until 2019. In 2017, they also worked as a Receptionist and Studio Attendant at Studio Grow.

In 2020, Sophia joined CMG Financial as a Post Closer, a role they held until 2021. Sophia then moved on to FirstSteps for Kids, Inc. in 2021, where they worked as a Regional Administrative Coordinator until early 2023.

Currently, Sophia is associated with Network Optix as an Office Manager and HR Coordinator, starting from February 2023.

Sophia Yray, aPHR, pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with their attendance at Diablo Valley College from 2015 to 2018. During their time there, they focused on studying sociology, although they did not earn a degree. Subsequently, between 2018 and 2020, they enrolled at Saint Mary's College of California, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in sociology.

In 2021, seeking to further their knowledge and skills in the field, Sophia Yray attended San Jose State University. Here, they enrolled in a Human Resources Professional Course, which they completed in 2022.

Additionally, Sophia Yray obtained the Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) certification from HRCI in August 2022.
