Susan Pignotti is the president of Network Magic Unlimited and has over 20 years of experience in the computer industry. Susan started their career in sales at IBM in 1975 and was one of the first female sales persons for the company's General Systems Division. During their 10 years at IBM, Susan won the 100% Club Award for sales every single year and was promoted to Field Industry Rep for Legal Systems and Regional Advisory Rep for GSD equipment.

In 1985, Susan left IBM to work in sales and installation at Ocean Computers Inc. where they wrote leases for clients. Susan stayed at Ocean Computers until 1993 when they joined Network Magic Unlimited. Susan has been with Network Magic ever since and was promoted to president in 2003.
