Imagene Harris is the Vice President of Impact Investment Services at NetWork Kansas, a role held since December 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing impact investment loan funds and the Impact Investment Center while fostering strategic partnerships with economic and community development organizations. Previously, Imagene served as the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Impact Investment, managing statewide loan portfolios and evaluating applications for the Kansas Healthy Food Initiative, and as the Manager of Economic Programs, overseeing multiple loan initiatives. Prior experience includes working as an Environmental Scientist at the Kansas Department of Health and Environment from August 2008 to December 2013, focusing on regulatory compliance and site cleanup efforts. Imagene holds an MBA from Fort Hays State University and a B.S. in Environmental Studies from The University of Kansas.
