Ciara Miller has over a decade of experience in various roles focused on customer service, entrepreneurship, and event planning. Currently serving as the Manager of Rural Entrepreneurship for NetWork Kansas since September 2012, Ciara dedicates efforts to coaching E-Community members towards achieving economic development in rural areas. In addition, Ciara operates Kansas Event Planning, launched in January 2018, specializing in event coordination, particularly as a "Day-of Coordinator" for weddings. Prior experience includes customer service roles at David's Bridal and a student worker position at the Butler Community College Financial Aid Office, as well as leadership responsibilities at Papa Murphy's. Ciara holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing with a minor in Entrepreneurship from Wichita State University and an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts from Butler Community College.
