Paul Hilbert is an experienced professional with a background in management information systems. Previously, Paul served as a Project Manager at Teleplan Associates from May 1999 to May 2002. Paul earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Binghamton University School of Management between 1996 and 1999.
