Phil Kalina has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Phil started their career as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young from 1988 to 1991. Phil then worked as a Researcher at Global Asset Management from 1992 to 1994. Phil took on the role of Technical Director at Research Development Corporation from 1995 to 2002. Following that, they served as the Director of Data Operations for Temple University's Institute for Survey Research in their Washington DC Office from 2003 to 2005. Phil then joined DecisionQ Corporation as the Director of Computer Modeling from 2006 to 2012, where they built, validated, and deployed computer models for personalized prediction and decision support. From 1997 onwards, they co-founded and worked as a Senior Technologist at Predictive Medicine, Inc. Phil also had a stint as a Consultant and Statistician at the Presidential Commission for the Study of Bioethical Issues from 2011 to 2012. Currently, they are working as an Independent Consultant, providing software and statistics consultancy services to various companies.
