Phil Kalina has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Phil started their career as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young from 1988 to 1991. Phil then worked as a Researcher at Global Asset Management from 1992 to 1994. Phil took on the role of Technical Director at Research Development Corporation from 1995 to 2002. Following that, they served as the Director of Data Operations for Temple University's Institute for Survey Research in their Washington DC Office from 2003 to 2005.
