Victor Horn has extensive work experience in journalism and marketing. Victor started their career in 2015 as a Communicator at Gävle Energi, where they wrote news stories and handled photography and video for the company's communication channels. In 2016, they worked as a journalist for Villa & Stad, where they independently researched and wrote feature news stories on sports, culture, and entertainment. From 2017 to 2018, Victor worked as a journalist at MittMedia, where they primarily wrote hard news articles and also managed the newspapers' websites and social media accounts. In 2018, they briefly worked as a Web Editor at Bioimpakt before joining Nettbureau as a Content & Marketing Manager, where they are currently employed.

Victor Horn began their education in 2014 at the University of Gävle where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Swedish Language. Victor completed this program in 2017. In 2017, they furthered their education by enrolling in Örebro University to study Media and Communication Studies. Victor obtained a Master of Science (60 credits) degree in this field in 2018.
