Shannon Rico is an experienced technology and management professional, currently serving as Chief of Staff for Strategic Services at Netsync Network Solutions since August 2015, where Shannon provides organizational strategic guidance and supports the executive leadership team in driving the company's strategic initiatives. Previously held roles include Professional Services Manager at Netsync, Network Services Manager at Garland ISD, and Sr. Network Engineer at GISD. Shannon's early career included positions such as Network Manager at United Communications WWNY TV/WNYF TV, Network Engineer at Westelcom Networks, and roles at Nortel Networks and MCI Corporation. Additionally, Shannon serves on the Board of Directors and acts as CTO for The Batiste Project, focusing on providing technical training and educational opportunities to underserved student populations. Shannon holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Paralegal from SUNY Jefferson and has a background in military communications with the US Army.
