Aaron Ouellette is an experienced technical support professional with a strong background in performance management and troubleshooting. Currently serving as the Principal Vertical Lead Technical Support for the Advanced Performance Team at NetSuite since April 2015, Ouellette provides analytical troubleshooting of performance cases, handles project management, and drives process improvement initiatives. Ouellette's previous roles include founding member of the NetSuite Performance team and senior technical positions at OrderMotion and Oracle. Ouellette's career began at Hologic, Inc. as a PC/Network Technician, followed by positions at Sun Microsystems and Endeca, where responsibilities encompassed product support, training, and knowledge management. Ouellette holds a BSCIS degree in Computer Information Systems from Bentley University.
