Bryan Buchan has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Bryan began their career at Fazoli's Restaurant Management, LLC in 2008 as a Shift Manager, where they successfully led the team members, managed cash flow, inventory, and performed non-management duties. In 2010, they transitioned to T-Mobile, where they worked as a Retail Sales Associate. In this role, they effectively presented the company's services and devices, troubleshooted devices, assisted with device setup, and provided excellent customer service. Bryan joined Cerner Corporation in 2012 as a KCIT Intern, gaining experience in proactive and reactive server maintenance, front end Windows system administration, and monitoring and responding to change and incident tickets. Since 2014, Bryan has been an integral part of NetStandard, Inc., starting as a Service Desk Engineer and progressing to a System Engineer and then a Senior System Engineer. In these roles, they provided technical support to end-users via phone and email, resolved desktop and laptop issues, administered user accounts and emails, and managed remote printers. Overall, Bryan has developed a strong skill set in technical support, system administration, customer service, and team management.

Bryan Buchan obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Network and System Administration/Administrator from Metropolitan Community College-Blue River, where they studied from 2011 to 2013.

In terms of additional certifications, Bryan has obtained several certifications from various institutions. In 2013, they obtained a Career Readiness Certification from ACT. In 2016, they earned the VMware Certified Professional 6 - Data Center Virtualization certification from VMware, as well as the VMware VCP6 certification. In 2018, Bryan obtained the Exam 533: Implementing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions certification from Microsoft and the VMware Certified Professional 6.5 - Data Center Virtualization certification from VMware. Additionally, they have also obtained the CompTIA A+ certification from CompTIA.
