Tim Voss

Tim Voss has extensive experience in the field of technology and IT risk management. Tim began their career at Reuters in 1995 as a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). From 2001 to 2007, they worked at Citi, where they served as the Deputy CISO and Global Head of IT Operational Risk. During this time, they led the development and implementation of a single Risk and Compliance Self-Assessment (RCSA) tool for the company.

In 2007, Voss joined UBS Investment Bank as the Global Head of IT Operational Risk, leading a team in London, Hong Kong, and Switzerland to establish an IT Operations Risk advisory program. Tim also created a risk review program to measure business risk posture and adjust it accordingly.

From 2009 to 2010, Voss served as the CISO at Russell Investments, where they developed the Information Security team and implemented privacy compliance and risk management initiatives. Tim then joined Wyndham Hotels & Resorts in 2010 as the CTO and CISO, reorganizing and upskilling the IT leadership and improving service levels through process improvement practices.

In 2016, Voss joined The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. as the CTO and CISO, where they established and led the global engineering and operations function. Tim drove a digital transformation strategy, resulting in an American Business Award for excellence in business and IT alignment.

Before their current role at Edible Brands as the Chief Technology Officer, Voss worked at Gem Shopping Network as the CTO and COO. Tim successfully launched the company's first eCommerce website, significantly increasing digital sales.

Throughout their career, Voss has demonstrated a strong focus on digital transformation, IT risk management, and improving the customer and employee experience through technology.
