Liz Thiel currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Netsmart, where a data-driven approach is taken to enhance health benefits, compensation, performance management, and associate engagement. Prior to this role, Liz Thiel held various senior leadership positions at Cerner Corporation from 2003 to 2019, focusing on total rewards, associate experience, and workforce architecture. Contributions included designing a holistic corporate engagement survey strategy and improving associate life cycle journey maps. Early career experience includes roles at Sprint Nextel, APQC, and the United Way of the Texas Gulf Coast. Liz Thiel earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Trinity University in 1998.
