Jenna Shaughnessy serves as a Solution Architect at Netsmart since September 2017, where responsibilities include leading client projects to improve operations through clinical workflow reviews and ensuring timely project deliverables. Prior roles at Netsmart include Senior Solution Delivery Consultant, Solution Delivery Consultant, Solution Delivery Analyst, and Solution Support Analyst II, with a focus on solution delivery, project management, client training, and support. Jenna also gained experience as an intern at Stony Brook Medicine, performing breach risk assessments and analyzing HIPAA violations. Jenna holds a Master of Science in Applied Health Informatics and a Bachelor of Science in Health Science, both from Stony Brook University.
