Brian Coltharp is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance, project management, and strategic development. Currently serving as a QA Automation Engineer at Netsmart since April 2017, Brian evaluates and maintains a comprehensive test automation library while collaborating with the engineering team to address coverage gaps. Previously, as a Delivery Consultant, Brian provided gap analysis and process redesign in various workflows. Brian's experience also includes roles at UPMC as an Intermediate Systems Analyst, where responsibilities included EHR implementation consultations and QA testing. As Chief Innovation Officer at Health Resources of Arkansas, Brian directed strategic planning and developed technology solutions across multiple counties. Additionally, Brian served in leadership roles at Sylamore Baptist Church and in juvenile court systems, as well as in law enforcement with the USA Criminal Investigation Division, showcasing a diverse background in both technology and community-focused initiatives. Brian holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Theology.
