Jessica Wall is the Customer Experience Program Manager and Team Lead at Netsertive since November 2020. Prior to that, Jessica worked at Madewell from June 2015 to November 2020, initially starting as a Store Director. Before their time at Madewell, Jessica held various roles at The Limited from October 2006 to June 2015, including Sales Lead, Store Manager, Co-Manager, and Co-Manager. Jessica graduated with a BS in Apparel Merchandising from East Carolina University in 2006.
