Jasmine Cairns Etterman has worked for a variety of companies since 2015. Jasmine began their career at Campbell University as a student and Community Outreach Chair, where they coordinated campus events and managed a committee budget. In 2017, they took on an internship at Total Body Therapy & Wellness as a Healthcare Management and Marketing Intern. In 2019, they worked for Antioch Community Church as College Leadership Team: Communications, and also for Premier Research as a Contracted Human Resource and Recruiting Admin. In 2020, they joined Mercury Healthcare (formerly Healthgrades) as an Associate Campaign Project Manager. Currently, they are employed at Netsertive as a Visual Design Project Manager.

Jasmine Cairns Etterman attended Campbell University, Lundy-Fetterman School of Business from 2015 to 2019, and is a BBA Candidate in Healthcare Management, with a field of study in Business, Management, and Marketing. In addition, they have obtained five certifications from LinkedIn, including Interpersonal Communication (obtained in February 2021), Designing an Authentic Brand (obtained in December 2020), Project Leadership (obtained in December 2020), Project Management Foundations (obtained in December 2020), and Project Management Foundations: Requirements (obtained in December 2020).
