Lipsa Shah is a Senior Software Engineer at NETSCOUT since July 2010, responsible for designing and developing the nCM sub-system for managing configuration and monitoring network traffic, which assists telecom and enterprise service providers in analyzing call quality and cyber threats. Notable achievements include the development of REST APIs that facilitated wider deployments of NETSCOUT technology, resulting in new revenue streams. Prior to NETSCOUT, Lipsa held positions as a Software Engineer and Java/J2EE Developer at companies including Rent-A-Center and Broadridge, where significant contributions led to improved efficiency and customer satisfaction. Lipsa's educational background includes a Master's degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Gujarat University.
