Joseph Martin Baltazar has a diverse work experience in the software development field. Joseph Martin started their career at Analog Devices as a Test Engineer, where they were responsible for converting and developing test applications for Integrated Circuits. Joseph Martin then joined Verifone as a Software Design Engineer, focusing on improving and enhancing software applications in the Point of Sale business. Following this, Joseph worked at Bangkok Payment Solutions Co., Ltd. as a Senior Developer. Currently, they are employed at NETS as a Software Developer.

Joseph Martin Baltazar attended Mapúa University from 2005 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering.
