Hla Phone Min has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Hla Phone is currently working as a Lead Engineer at NETS since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Java Backend Developer at Sopra Steria from November 2021 to June 2022. Before that, they were an Analyst and Backend Developer at Avanade from May 2020 to October 2021.

Hla Phone Min also has previous experience as a Software Engineer at NCS Group from May 2017 to April 2020. In this role, they were involved in analyzing business requirements, developing and modifying software modules using various technologies, and implementing SQL queries in Oracle.

Hla Phone gained early professional experience through internships at PulseSync Pte Ltd in Singapore as a Junior Software Developer from April 2016 to August 2016. Hla Phone Min obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Computer Studies, Yangon, between the years 2009 and 2012. Additionally, from 2015 to 2016, Hla Phone Min pursued a Post-Graduate Diploma in Systems Analysis at the National University of Singapore, specializing in Computer Systems Analysis/Analyst.
