Ryan Bro is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an Escalation Engineer at Netrix IT since April 2015. Prior to this role, Ryan worked as a TUSA at Medtronic from 2012 to 2014 and gained valuable experience as a Junior Network Systems Administrator in the US Army from September 2008 to September 2009, where responsibilities included maintaining a 30,000 node network, configuring Cisco switches, and managing a VOIP system. Ryan's earlier experience includes working as a Delivery Truck Driver/Stockroom at Ace Hardware in 2008 and serving as a Transmission Systems Operator Maintainer in the US Army from 2002 to 2006, focusing on radio systems installation and maintenance. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Globe University, completed in 2012.
