Prior roles include Manager Enterprise Management at NetReady Solutions and various positions focused on network specialization at companies such as BekeSantos Venezuela, SATELCA, and Intesa, dating back to 1997. Juan Carlos holds multiple certifications from Cisco Systems, including CCNP Security, CCNA Security, and CCNP R&S, along with a degree in Ingeniero en Sistemas from Universidad de Oriente and additional qualifications in IT Service Management and Premise Wiring.
