Willy To began their work experience as a Telecom Consultant at Niji in October 2008. Willy then worked as a Project Manager at StreamWIDE from November 2011 until December 2013. Following that, they joined Mavenir as a Customer Technical Lead in December 2013 and stayed until May 2017. Currently, they are working at NetNumber as a Field Engineer since June 2017.

Willy To obtained a degree in Telecommunication from ENSEIRB-MATMECA, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. In addition to their degree, they have achieved several certifications. In April 2013, they became a PRINCE2 Practitioner. Furthermore, in February 2023, Willy obtained the CKA: Certified Kubernetes Administrator certification from The Linux Foundation.
