PÃ¥l Refvem has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of engineering and telecommunications. PÃ¥l started their career at Ericsson in 1995 and worked there as an Engineer until 1997. Following this, they joined Telia Norge as a PBX Service Engineer and worked there until 2000.

PÃ¥l then joined Tele1 Europe in 2000 as a Voice Engineer, where they worked until 2001. PÃ¥l then worked at Song Networks as a Voice Engineer from 2001 to 2004, and subsequently at TDC Song AS as a Voice Engineer from 2004 to 2007.

In 2007, PÃ¥l moved to TDC AS where they worked as a Voice Engineer until 2008. PÃ¥l then joined Atea in 2009 as a Trainee Datacommunication, primarily focusing on CCNA certification.

PÃ¥l's career continued at Intelecom, where they worked as a Service Engineer from 2009. Currently, they are working at NetNordic Norge as a Service Engineer since 2018.

PÃ¥l Refvem began their education in 1990 at the University of Stavanger, where they studied telecommunications. PÃ¥l completed their studies at this institution in 1994. From 1994 to 1995, PÃ¥l attended the University of Agder (UiA), although the details of their degree and field of study during this period are not provided.
