SeungWon Lee has an extensive work experience spanning over several decades. SeungWon is currently the CEO and President of Kabam, a world leader in massively multiplayer games. Prior to that, they held multiple high-level positions at Netmarble, including President and Chief Executive Officer. SeungWon Lee also served as Executive Chairman at Jam City and Chairman of the Board at SpinX Games Limited. Earlier in their career, they worked at CJ E&M, Yahoo, and McCann Worldgroup in various management roles. SeungWon Lee's work experience also includes serving in the Republic of Korea Army during their military service.

SeungWon Lee completed an MBA degree at INSEAD in 2004. Prior to that, from 1990 to 1997, they obtained a BA in Communication Sciences from Seoul National University.
