Juhi Shah serves as the Associate Director for Culture, Diversity, Sustainability, Employee Engagement, Employee Wellness, and CSR at NTT Global Data Centers since April 2024. Prior to this role, Juhi Shah held a Senior Manager position in Human Resources at Netmagic from July 2007 and served as Deputy General Manager of Human Resources at NTT Global Data Centers and Cloud Infrastructure in India until June 2024. Juhi Shah's extensive experience includes talent management, organizational development, and the design and delivery of training programs focused on leadership and team building. Educational credentials include a PGDM and Diploma in Human Resources from Welingkar Institute of Management, along with a degree in Hospitality Administration & Management from St. Joseph's High School.
