Holly Shapnick is a UX Researcher and Designer with extensive experience in interactive applications, having worked at NetJets as a UX Researcher, Associate since June 2024, focusing on luxury product applications. Currently, at ParentApp since September 2023, Holly conducts user research, validation testing, and wireframing, continuing a project initiated during an internship at Fuzzy Math, where user experience design skills were honed. Previous experience includes leading a project as a UX Researcher at DecideIt, LLC, contributing to a pro-bono mobile MVP at Fuzzy Math, and delivering client-centered therapy as an Occupational Therapist at Esperanza Community Services, showcasing a strong background in both UX design and occupational therapy. Holly holds a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Illinois Chicago, and a Bachelor of Arts in Health Services from Whitworth University.
