Sri Rasiah has a diverse work experience in finance and operations. Sri started their career as an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young in 1990 and worked there until 1997. From 1997 to 2000, they served as the VP of Finance at Sterling Software. In 2000, they joined PentaSafe Technologies and PentaSafe Security Technologies as the Finance Director. Sri then moved on to become the Senior Director of Finance & Operations at Novell EMEA in the same year. In 2003, Rasiah joined NetIQ as the Finance Director and later became the Finance & Operations Director-International. Sri continued their finance leadership role at NetIQ's Attachmate-NetIQ Business Unit as the Finance Director.
