Leshan Sancha is an experienced Project Manager currently at NetHope since June 2022, focusing on program development, stakeholder engagement, and project proposal management. Prior to this role, Leshan served as a Senior Program Officer-Livelihood at the Kenya Community Development Foundation from January 2021 to May 2022, facilitating capacity building and ensuring effective resource planning for household economic strengthening projects. As an OVC Program Manager at the Catholic Archdiocese of Mombasa from October 2018 to December 2020, Leshan coordinated project activities and resource allocation. Earlier experience includes serving as Project Director at ACK Masurura Child Development Centre, where responsibilities involved project management, needs assessment, and staff training. Leshan holds a Master of Science in Project Management from Mount Kenya University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Business/Management from Egerton University.
