Kees van Ommen possesses extensive experience in project and program management within the telecommunications and forensic sectors. Currently serving as Programmamanager LCM/CTO/implementatiemanager/adviseur IV at Nederlands Forensisch Instituut since May 2019, Kees is responsible for both personnel and content management of development through to maintenance. Prior to this role, Kees held multiple senior project management positions at KPN from 2000 to 2019, where significant achievements included the development and implementation of nationwide network solutions, enhancements to ITIL processes, and the transition to IPv6. Kees also contributed to crisis management and network improvements while working on various projects related to access networks and call center implementations in earlier roles at KPN and associated companies. Kees holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications from TH Rijswijk.
