Abel Soares Siqueira is a Senior Research Software Engineer at the Netherlands eScience Center since September 2021 and has been serving as a Coordinator for the CiDAMO research group at UFPR since March 2019. Previously, Abel held the position of Assistant Professor at UFPR from December 2014 to August 2021 and worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Universidade Estadual de Campinas from December 2013 to November 2014. Abel holds a PhD in Applied Mathematics from Universidade Estadual de Campinas, obtained in 2013, and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics from the same institution, completed in 2008.
