Jeff Miller has extensive experience in technical support and engineering roles, currently serving as a Tactical Remote Engineer at NetGain Technologies, LLC since June 2021, providing computer, application, and network support in a managed service provider environment. Prior to this, Jeff held various positions, including Electro Mechanical Technician at Louisiana-Pacific Corporation, where responsibilities included troubleshooting and maintaining production lines, and Assembly/Test Technician at Progressive Recovery, Inc., focusing on automation components. Jeff also contributed as a Fabrication Lab Assistant at St. Louis Community College, providing technical support and supervision in engineering labs. Earlier career roles include Infrastructure Support Specialist at MOHELA, managing desktop support and system administration, and multiple technician positions, where skills in network design, computer assembly, and maintenance were developed. Jeff earned an Associate's degree in Electrical and Electronics Technology from St. Louis Community College and participated in the International Scholar Laureate Program in 2017.
