Juan J. Ramirez is an experienced product design professional with a strong background in leading design solutions for complex technical challenges. Currently serving as Product Design Lead at Netflix since January 2022, Juan also founded Rasterwise and developed GetScreenshot. Previously, work experience includes pivotal roles at Meta as a Product Designer, where design leadership was provided for Continuous Integration & Release Engineering products, and at GitLab as a Senior Product Designer, enhancing the testing suite and runner system. Earlier positions include Senior UX Designer at Amazon Web Services, focusing on developer tools, and a similar role at Procore Technologies, where mobile platform initiatives were spearheaded. Juan's entrepreneurial journey began as a co-founder at Usuallee and involved freelance digital strategy and development. Educational qualifications include a Master of Entertainment Technology in Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from CESA.
