Jamila Farwell is an accomplished professional in the field of documentary series production, currently serving as the Manager of Documentary Series, Creative at Netflix since August 2018, where also held the title of Director. Prior to this role, Jamila worked as a Producer on projects such as "Diagnosis" at Lightbox Entertainment and "RuPaul's Drag Race" at World of Wonder. Jamila began a career in production with a role as Producer on "Flint Town" at Anonymous. Holding a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Howard University and a Master's degree in Communication and Media Studies from The New School, Jamila brings a strong educational background to the industry's creative landscape.
