Caroline Crow is an experienced recruiter specializing in marketing, consumer products, and experiences at Netflix since September 2016, where roles have included Senior Recruiter and Recruiter for Content & Studio as well as EMEA. In these positions, Caroline has collaborated with business leaders to recruit exceptional talent across multiple regions, including North America, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, and India. Prior to Netflix, Caroline worked at Korn Ferry as an Executive Recruiter in the industrial, consumer products, and technology sectors, and previously held a position as Ranch Concierge & Wrangler at C Lazy U Ranch. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Yale University.
