Alicia D. Reece, PCC, is the Principal, Executive Coach, and Senior Consultant at The Reece Group, a coaching and consulting practice established in August 2011, focusing on career management and leadership development. In addition, Alicia is the Founder and Career & Talent Strategist for DRIVEN Career Map, which empowers professionals through a comprehensive career management program. As a LinkedIn Learning Instructor since April 2021, Alicia has created courses aimed at career success. Alicia's extensive experience includes leadership coaching roles with Duke Corporate Education and Right Management, a history of executive HR leadership at Cisco, and previous human resources positions at Kimberly-Clark and Owens Corning. Alicia holds a Master of Arts in Strategic Leadership from The University of Memphis and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, with additional professional coach training from Coach U.
