Pablo Massi Napoli

Pablo Massi Napoli is an experienced executive in the media and marketing sectors, currently serving as CEO and Gerente Comercial at América Televisión since January 2005, overseeing the commercial policy, strategy, and operations of América TV, América Digital, and Canal N. Previously held roles include Gerente de Marketing at América Televisión, where a new commercial MKT model was developed, Gerente de Investigación y Desarrollo de Medios at Telefónica Perú, focusing on multichannel home consumption and electronic audience measurement, and VP and Gerente General at Universal McCann, where foundational operations were established. At McCann, Pablo served as VP and Director General de Medios, leading media strategy and planning for prominent clients such as Coca-Cola, Nestlé, and Unilever. Pablo holds a Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Comunicación from Universidad Católica and furthered education at PAD Universidad de Piura.
