Shelby Simon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Shelby started their career in 2012 as a Newsweek and TIME Account Executive at Mongoose Atlantic Inc. In 2013, they worked as a Business Consultant at Cumulus Media and later transitioned to the role of Account Executive at Syracuse Media Group. In 2014, Shelby joined Initiative as a Specialist, Digital Investment. Shelby then moved to House of Kaizen in 2015, where they served as an Account Manager and later as a Senior Account Manager. In 2017, they became an Account Manager at TripleLift. Shelby joined NetElixir in 2018 as an Enterprise Client Services Manager and held various roles, including Content Strategy & Content Team Manager and Director of Content.

Shelby Simon earned a Bachelor's Degree from Hobart and William Smith Colleges from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, they obtained various certifications, including YouTube Video for Brands from Google in March 2019, Email Marketing from HubSpot in December 2020, Bing Ads Accredited Professional from Microsoft in June 2018, and Google Adwords from Google in May 2018.
