Mario Montoya is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in managing IT and cybersecurity projects. Currently serving as the Country Manager at NETDATA C.A since December 2015, Mario is responsible for the Venezuela Go To Market strategy and professional services delivery. Previously, Mario held roles including Security Manager and Senior Director of Professional Services at NETDATA, where notable achievements include recognition as a leading service partner by cybersecurity vendors. Additionally, Mario has significant experience in defining policies for IT project implementation across fourteen Latin American countries during tenure at DESCA from January 2003 to December 2015, and managed IT projects at Unisys from January 1992 to November 2002. Mario holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from TECANA American University and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical/Electronics Maintenance and Repair Technology from Universidad Simón Bolívar.
