Kevin Innerst has a work experience that spans over several companies. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Network Engineer at Gibraltar IT, LLC. Then, from 2017 to 2020, they were a Network Specialist at Summit Health. In 2022, they worked as a Network Specialist at Lincoln Intermediate Unit 12 for six months before moving to PAM Health, where they served as a Network Administrator for three months. Following that, in September 2022, they joined NetCraftsmen as an Engineer 1.

Kevin Innerst earned their Associate's Degree in Information Technology from YTI Career Institute, from 2013 to 2015.
