Shilpa Tawte is an experienced human resources executive with a strong background in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Netcore Cloud, Shilpa has previously held prominent roles at Global Cloud Xchange, including Vice President & Head of Global Talent Acquisition and Vice President & HR Head for India. Other notable positions include Vice President of HR at The Mobile Wallet Pvt. Ltd. and AVP & Head of Talent Management at Datamatics Global Services. Shilpa's career began with Patni as Sr. Manager & Head of the SOM CDI Business Unit. Shilpa holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai, completed between 1989 and 1994.
