Kalpesh Desai currently serves as the Head of Global Sales Operations and Business Intelligence at Netcore Cloud since September 2017. Prior to this position, Kalpesh held various roles in operations and sales at GTL Infrastructure Limited and GTL Limited, including AVP of Operations and several leadership positions in business planning and sales. Responsibilities included budgeting, performance monitoring, and managing key customer accounts such as Ericsson India and Alcatel Lucent India. Early career experience includes a senior sales role at BSS Software Pvt Limited, focusing on financial accounting software. Kalpesh holds an MDBA in Marketing from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a B.Com in Commerce and Economics from Lala Lajpatrai College.
