Jan Alum serves as the Employer Engagement Lead at Code Nation since April 2024 and concurrently works as the Business Development Manager at Netcom Training since August 2023. Previously, Jan held the role of National Business Development Manager at Valkyrie Support Services from September 2022 to August 2023. Additional experience includes positions as an Employment Relation Consultant at Skills Training UK, Business Development Manager roles at Babington, GB Training (UK) Ltd., Aspiration Training Ltd., and Seetec, as well as a Business Development Manager (East Midlands) at Pera. Jan obtained a degree in Business Management and Marketing from Birmingham City University (2002-2004) and attended Cadbury College from 1996 to 1998.
