Cla Monsch has a diverse work experience in the software industry. They began their career with an apprenticeship as a Software Engineer at SEC Software Engineering Consulting AG from August 1999 to August 2003. Following that, they joined Netcetera - Software matters in December 2006 and held various roles including Senior Project Manager, Senior Software Engineer, and Teamlead until January 2020. From January 2020 onwards, they served as a Senior Project Manager and Co-Head of Engineering at Netcetera - Software matters.

Cla Monsch studied at ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences from 2003 to 2006. During this time, they obtained a degree called "Dipl. Ing. FH" in the field of study of "Kommunikation und Informatik."
