Susan O'Brien is a seasoned mental health professional with extensive experience in crisis intervention and counseling. Currently serving as a Mobile Crisis Clinician at Hegira Health, Inc. since March 2023, O'Brien also holds the position of Mental Health Director at Wayne County Jail for NaphCare, Inc. since December 2021. With a background as a Crisis Counselor at Netcare Access since August 2015, O'Brien specializes in assessing and referring clients to appropriate care while managing mental health crises across a variety of disorders.
