Lin Zhu is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in network engineering and management. Currently serving as IT Senior Manager at NetBrain Technologies Inc. since April 2018, Lin has significantly enhanced customer-facing demo environments and contributed to pre-sales engineering efforts by developing proof of concept scenarios using complex network protocols. Prior roles include Network System Engineer at iBasis, where Lin handled escalations and resolved customer issues, and VoIP Product Management Co-op at Verizon, focusing on call flow analysis and network architecture. Lin holds a Master's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Northeastern University and a Bachelor's Degree in the same field from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
