William Yu has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. William started their career in 2006 as a Project Coordinator at Hezel Associates, working in higher education. In 2007, they became a Consultant at Risk Consulting Technologies, LLC. From 2008 to 2013, they worked at ORC International, starting as a Senior Research Analyst and eventually becoming a Director of Social Media Insights. William then joined NetBase Quid in 2016 as a Senior Social Analyst, and later became a Senior Consultant. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Customer Success at NetBase Quid, a role they started in January 2021. Throughout their career, they have showcased expertise in customer success, social media insights, research analysis, and project coordination.
William Yu received a BA degree in Economics from Binghamton University in 2005.
