Shelle Elzer is a seasoned legal operations professional with extensive experience in contract management and project leadership. Currently serving as a Legal Operations Manager and Legal Project Manager at NetApp since July 2022, Shelle previously held roles at Elevate Services as a Contract Specialist and at Saint Vincent Health System as a Contract Manager and Payer Enrollment Project Manager. Earlier in their career, Shelle worked as a Sourcing Specialist at General Electric and a Strategic Sourcing Project Leader at GE Transportation, where foundational skills in sourcing and project management were developed. The career commenced with a position as a Sales Rep at Conrader Valves. Shelle earned a degree from Pennsylvania State University-Erie Campus between 2001 and 2005 and completed high school education at Iroquois Junior/Senior High School from 1998 to 2001.
